I have a Toyota Sienna 2005 LE and the cigarette lighter/power outlets quit working?

They were just working a few days ago and now the power outlets quit working.
I used a GPS on it only. What could be the PROBLEM with them? And how can I fix this problem myself without going to a mechanic? What parts of the car would i have to

buy an american car.
