This is the slot track that I have in my basement. It's made up of two tables. The table on the left is 3'x6' the table making up the right side is 4'x6'. The top is Homasote over 1/2" plywood. The eventual plan is to have two (possibly three) levels of track on the walls...

This is the view from right in front at about knee height. The clamps just peeking out are holding the tables together. These are going to be eventually replaced by bolts.

Here's a side view of the top mounted to the legs. The clamp on the left is one of those holding the two tables together.
