what is the sequensen for taking head bolts loose on 1999 subaru outback then put back on and the torque specs?

i am trying to replace head gasket

there isn't any for taking them off....as for putting them on buy a haynes manual........ or if ure really cheap go to ur local library and check out the manual that covers ur vehicle....
