2006 lexus gs300 or a 2007 es350?

I am torn between choosing a used 2006 lexus gs300 or a 2007 es350. Both are about the same price, but what do you guys think i should go with?

I made a very similar choice in May and decided on the GS. I think I would have actually been happy with either one, but I do enjoy my "new" GS. If gas mileage is an issue for you, the ES might be better from that standpoint. And of course
